Biz in the Park

In years past, Biz in the Park has been our final event of the fall semester geared towards our freshman class. Freshmen and student leaders come together for an evening of games, ice cream sundaes, s’mores, and good conversation. This event is a way to decompress and allow freshmen the opportunity to meet with their peers. This year, this event was tweaked a little, as it served as the kickoff event for our new freshman engagement mentorship program. The evening was a way for mentees and their mentors to meet up and get to know each other while playing games and enjoying treats. Of course, COVID regulations were enforced to ensure social distancing.
